Team work. Everyone is so secluded. Most of my coworkers I do not know.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I’m an aerobic instructor and can only work maximum 10 hours a week, only part-time. I can not combine my teaching classes with other positions at the clubs, like operation or sales. So no benefits at all.
