When I was offered my current position, the duties and responsibilities were clearly outlined for what the compensation would be. Recently, there have been added responsibilities and duties, however the compensation stays the same.

I love that my leadership team looks out for me and my best interest by making sure I have all the tools and knowledge to do my job properly and efficiently. I also appreciate that any feedback I provide for improvements is taken seriously and even implemented into current systems
