Higher base pay with the new alignment of the sales organization. Technology had been a thorn in Salesforce side for some time. Maybe invest in higher qualified SF Administrators. When SF does not work LZ loses money and so do we but nothing gets adjusted (quotas) for the downtime of technology.
I like the new open communication up stream and down. I personally have been doing this and have conversations with Sr. Directors and above. They take the insight and truly get back to me directly in a more expeditious manor then in the past few years. Had a lot of road blocks in the past.
