300 characters is way too short to adequately explain. The short answer is that my responsibilities shifted in a way that I feel don't suit me particularly well, and now I'm tired constantly. I'm searching for a new position internally and externally.
I think my manager is doing the best they can with the constraints placed on them, and I hope for continued success for them. It's the decisions made above them that I sometimes take issue with. LZ has a culture of taking very conservative approaches which often hamper the customer experience.
