Knowledgeable, fair and willing to work with each employee on an individual basis

they share the details of the monthly manager meetings with our team, which is nice to know

Not fair to every employee

They are real, down to earth and approachable. They often mention that if we have any questions to come and talk to them directly. That is a night and day different from past companies I have been at.

Ownership truly cares about each and every employee as a person in addition to their role at the company.

Listen to the employees & take better care of them. Pay people what they are worth (instead of showing the door to people, try to retain the talent that is needed for Malouf to stay afloat!) Don't hire people at a higher wage than what their coworkers in the same department are making. COMMUNICATE

They have to do something. Too many good employees are leaving due to pay

Leadership needs to do better at changing with the company. In business lifecycles, they tend to succeed or fail based on leadership and we are stagnant. We're not improving our oldest departments and we're bringing on new projects/ventures on without making calculated decisions.

Full paid benefits, HSA and 401k. Also, ample time off. I would rather have more time off than make more money.

Not enough compensation to the employee

Having been promoted to a manager level, I never received a raise. Was able to get a small bump after 18 months, but still feel that I am doing the work of multiple people, but have only seen a 10% bump from that. A clear path of what compensation looks like would be helpful.

We were told in a meeting with our management and our HR representative that we will not be paid more, but new hires would and that is just how the system works. We are told that we are the heart of the company in A/R, but are also told that we are free to find another company if we paid more.

In looking at other positions similar to mine, i could make more money. I feel loyal to Malouf though.

Low pay and benefits have been taken away. Low pay hurts the most, especially with the economy only getting worse

There is a lack of teamwork amongst some peers. We are all trying to survive, but not everyone pulls their weight.

Not lying and spreading rumors that effect peoples profesional and personal lives. Not acting like children and learning to act as adults. To stop taking work life personally and attacking whoever they dont agree with.

I'm not a person who socializes often at work so I don't look forward to interacting with anyone really. We all work great together when necessary.

Management should observe the employees work ethics because a lot of them keep talking at each other at a lengthy time and being tolerated while others are working hard to finish the job.

If we all work together and stop complaining

Theres no positive environment in this company

There are high expectations and my manager wants to help me reach those expectations. Trust between each other that we will do our jobs and do them well.

Managment that actually believes their respectable employees and offer insight and collaboration with them to better enhance the work environment.

MORE COMMUNICATION BETWEEN DEPARTMENTS. No one talks to each other and process always change but the changes are never adequality relayed to everyone involved, which causes more problems.

Actually live by one of our values "make it fun." Managers are moody

Responsibilities could be distributed more. Many people on my team are willing to help out but aren't given a chance to do more by our manager, so many people just coast since their help doesn't seem wanted.

There are definitely some frustrations I have with pay. Even when we are in a tight spot in the company they have hired a manager for us from iFit without posting the job. I feel like all the hard work we do is not cared for; that I am a number, and they would fill my spot without a thought.

Long, slow days and low pay. Too many employees

My work environment and reputation has been controlled by employees that do not come here to work but to create drama. I have not had the support I would like to make any changes in my career. The information I have given has not been taken seriously.

I'm not a big fan of most of the products at Malouf. I think that a lot of them are cheaply made and overpriced. I would like to see more of a support system to support and hear all employees. I think some employees have that opportunity, but not all.

I work to live. I do not live to work. I do not look forward to any job as it is not my life.
