Everything overall is fine; the pay/benefits, each department has structure and reliable workers, work/life balance is fair but Misumi could really show their employees some slack and allow more remote days especially with skyrocketing gas prices.

Lower level employees (Managers & below) all get along well together, however there's a clear disconnect from execs to lower level office employees. Most employees feel as if they're just seen as numbers instead of people.
