It's a paycheck, there are probably worse places out there and probably better. The golden circle of people around the CEO get to do whatever they want and don't follow them. HR is crazy strict about remote work, yet they get to come and go as they please. Used to be a tight knit family.
I enjoy working here, but only certain people and especially departments are rewarded for their hard work. Departments besides Customer Service and Marketing do exist. HR has overstepped by reviewing cameras to confront employees about leaving dishes in the sink when dishwasher is running and spills
Communicating, Listening to employees, explaining decisions
They are hard working and dependable
Insurance is good and the pay is pretty good
The PTO is pretty good
Being able to help customers
Staying on task, showing up on time, doing their tasks
I enjoy my teammates, haven't interacted much with the culture
It is always busy so the days go by fast
My manager cares deeply and works to make things better for our team
They seem to do a pretty good job and usually communicate things at townhalls
Pay is okay, work from home is a key benefit that needs to be kept
Some of my coworkers just forward work without making an attempt at it, they just send it instead of trying to help
Helping a customer find a solution to their problem, something they are frustrated about and being able to give them relief while helping our company.
Sales are going down, customers are losing faith in the brand, CS has been a dumpster fire for years with no end in site. The website is barely functioning with so many issues. People are overworked with no acknowledgement. Only HR, Marketing, GA, and ID get praise for some reason.
