Salary and health - I came from an industry that paid below market average, and by coming over to Misumi, I was given a 50% increase.

Health and dental - I had to get a difficult wisdom teeth extraction done last summer and I thought I would have to pay thousands out of pocket, but I barely had to pay anything due to insurance.
