So far, I like that Misumi has at least listened to my concerns.
It has been an uphill battle that some people want to make sure I slide going down.
Benefits are priced are a great rate!
Working on different skills and improving.
I have a job and I get benefits
I like the some are lighthearted and open minded.
The willingness to at least listen and work with you.
It is diverse, and it includes a mix of conservatives and progressive thinkers
We have an HR department I can document the things that are happening.
The company seems to be open to want to change things that don't work.
Outside of CS they seem to have clear goals and a sense of team work
I like the different tasks that I get to choose from. There's no absolute task I'm stuck at.
I enjoy that the team is a mix of younger and older generation. You don't get too much of too young or too old.
I feel like I can't approach some people in the department because they make me feel like I bother them or I'm not good enough to talk to them.
NOT enough clear communication. Communication is only given if you are wrong or make mistakes. CS has a lot of accountability which typically ends with discipline if you are not clear how that accountability can affect you.
I feel undervalued because management does not allow me to spend time in personal development. I get stuck doing the repetitive jobs that no one wants to do while they get to take their time to learn new skills.
Being honest. I feel that there is a lot left unsaid, or if it is said, it said only to their preferred pupils. Management makes people feel like they have to belong to their clique in order to get anywhere.
