in QCT office, there are favorites and they need to stop complaining for everything they do. in planning team, they are cool, friendly and can teach new stuff
to spend more than 3 hours replying emails is not valuable. i dont feel challenged. compensation is not just salary its all the benefits you can get and learn from what you do.
