What is the best part about your compensation package?
In the sales organization, the harder you work, the more you make. There are reps in their early-mid 20s making 6 figures in their first 1-2 years.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Everyone is very like-minded and hard working. We all have different personalities we bring to the table but we all work well together and communicate effectively. Which is a huge statement given how stressful our work environment is.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Mondo is the definition of work hard play hard! You may work long hours every so often, but you will reap the benefits. Also, our culture is like one big family. We go thru ups and downs, but we're in it together!
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Sr Leadership is very accessible compared to every other organization I've worked at. I have access to my CEO by gchat and my VP of Sales/Marketing by cell phone, etc. Your ideas matter as well. If you have a good idea and proof to back it up, there's a great chance it could be implemented.
