Work hard but not get enough pay compare to senior
most of times you work along with no direct supervision but still need to do your work. can't goof off a lot and they not know about it
My experience overall is I love what I do. The company delegates authority to me to perform my task. This is essential because it portrays decentralization that performs efficiently and effectively. As a result, my company becomes a worthwhile place to be in.
