
Some of them care about the patients. They struggle themselves financially but help patients when needed
communication. They speak down to staff that works directly with patients. They are bullies and act like they are in an exclusive club
Staff turnover high because administration makes poor choices in staff, does not choose educated staff and does not pay them well and gives no raises.
Big question. There is so much to say here. They need to learn to speak positively to staff. The manager in Nebraska is particularly sour.
