The Pay...I get paid appropriately for the work that I do and it is amazing.
Being able to be independent and trusted. I feel that the things that I do in a day are appreciated and valued.
Best thing is that everyone is willing to work together even though we are all scattered throughout the country at different job sites. Everyone is willing to step in and help when help is needed no matter where they are.
Openness. The management has always been very open about what is going on within the company. I don't ever feel surprised by announcements because the announcements are always discussed in meetings as things being worked on before they are finalized, that gives me the heads up on what may happen
Leadership is involved in the everyday operations of the company. The CEO himself will pop in on Team Meetings and will personally send out emails to employees. Everyone in leadership is approachable and easy to talk to & they all have an open door policy and actually listen to what is said.
