We have fun on down-time, but when we need to work together to meet our goals, we pull together and get our jobs done. I work closely with my providers to meet our goals, and with my MA/Phlebotomist team to meet our metrics. Our motto is we are done when the work is done.

Very high employee turnover rate. Poor management.
Stop the gossiping and constant criticism among team mates. They should stop being extremely hurtful and negative to others and be more kind and helpful during these difficult times due to covid. There is no team work ethic or strong leadership. Toxic environment!
