PKL allows me to operate and manage my team, unencumbered, unless I need or ask for help. They are always available for me anytime I need assistance. They regularly remind me that I bring value to the company and give me the sense that I am an important part of the team. I am very grateful for that.

I am most happy when I am able to provide answers, problem solve, bring resolutions, and support to my team

I am being paid, fairly, in spite of the union wages my team receives. Much better than previous employers. Thank you!

They make it very obvious that they care about my quality of life and go to extra lengths to make sure I have everything I need to succeed.

They are very knowledgeable in their areas of expertise and extremely easy to manage...no conflicts. They work most things out amongst themselves and are quick to respond to management requests.

My leadership team places a major emphasis on personal growth and does everything in their power to help the process. They are very quick to address the needs of my team and bring resolution swiftly.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Everyone gets along and encourages positive behavior and feedback. The customer does the exact same same thing. They recognize the knowledge and experience we bring and allow us to work, unhindered, while providing the support we need when we need it.
What makes you most happy at work?
The most satisfaction I get is finding ways to help my team get the most benefit from doing their jobs. Working to keep stressors away from their back door keeps them productively happy and they perform to the best of their abilities.
What are some of the best things about your team?
I try to set the best example for my team to follow, and they are very receptive. They see that I care about them, as individuals, and they respond positively. They are truly miracle workers on this contract. They make my job easy!
What do you like best about the leadership team?
My manager positively demonstrates his investment into my career and the satisfaction of my team. He hears all feedback with an unbiased ear and looks for the best options for the good of the team. I get the sense that he is a reflection of the leadership team, from the top down! Thank you!!!
