Challenging and fun. Meaningful and professional.
They seem very 'plugged in' to us little guys.
The progress of our students.
The sense that we are doing the best job at training our RSAF aircrew.
The pay, however there is concern aboit how inflation will affect the purchasing power of our pay.
There is a genuine desire for high performance and excellence in instructing. The level of competance isnoff the charts!
Waldo, Snipe, and Badger have been VERY welcoming. They have taught me the ropes and been very fun tonwork with. They are all inclusive and respectful. Its been a great experience.
The professionalism and the camaraderie . This sim team is phenomenal. Everyone works hard, strives to learn more, and become better instructors. They are fun to work with and always have each others' back.
The compensation package is good. It is less than the airlines, but the quality of life makes up for it. That is the reason I didn't go fly for the airlines and chose to be a sim instructor.
David Brecia, my manager, does an excellent job does an wxcellent job of balancing the demands of the customer with our cabalities and capacity. He creates a great work emvironment that is both fun and professional. I am really pleased to work for PKL.
I've already mentioned other things in previous comments, but I would also like to mention that the trust PKL has with us is awesome. Whether its timecards or training, I feel like the company trusts us and treats us like professionals. That's seriously motivating to me.
