Solo work and help when need it. And when don't know will yo train at a steady pace for those that catch on. And that's advanced but playing student.
Communication, even tho they all speak spanish we still work good

Sabrina and Ben are good workers. But the general manager Tabatha is their sister and wife and they get all the hours tons of overtime, but she limits me to 4 to 5 hours a day. So that her family can have all the overtime. It is unfair, she's super unprofessional. She breaks down every day
