Also to all customers who don't no this. If you hv been renting a unit for more than 1 years they can only raise your rent 5%. Have you ever wondered why your rent keeps going up? But people come in and hv 1st months free plus u pay double what they do? I had a unit for 5 yrs. Paying 478.00 a month
