My DM Supports me in my goals and ambition's, I feel like i am a valued member of our team daily. My DM fights for us and our customers.

My team cares about one another for the most part, we do have some team members that feel like dead weight at times, but overall our team works well and gets along well.

Comparing our rate to other storage companies, we should be paid equal to or near the same as other companies when were doing the same type of Job, for instance PMs at Extra Space make $17 an hour
