
While we work independently most of the time, working with other PMs is an awesome experience. It's really a privilege to have a team of other hard workers with a good work ethic. It makes coming to work easy.
My customers and being able to be the person that supports and resolve their issues with full ownership. Coming from call centers, we are significantly empowered to resolve issues and it makes me feel like we make a difference.
HUGE emphasis on development from within. Property Managers have four different promotion options from the get-go that go into various different areas that can lead to further development up into field and district management. Genuinely surprised with this company, happily of course though.
Higher wages would be nicer because we have to work split shifts. We are compensated at the max IRS rate for mileage but our wages are an industry low. I understand a lot of our work is broken up to other roles compared to competitors, but split shifting is something only we do at our expense.
