I dont think coworkers are 100 responsible of me not wanting to engage more but DM's needs to be more ethical and stop gossiping about others business. Thats creates a toxic environment.
stop paying everyone same amount when some people exceeds and go above and beyond. Bonus compensation needs to change on the amount given to the person who really drives and cares about company metrics and exceeding last years goals
