
I like how the expectations they have for PMs is achievable. I feel seen as an individual and not a number as well.

Mileage reimbursement is great when I get it. Right now I drive 68 miles round trip to and from work and get reimbursed for none of it. I think theres something that could be done about it.
I like the structure of the task list so that you know what needs to be done even if you have to stop to help a customer you have a reminder of where you're at and what still needs to be done.
