
The confidence shown by generalizing requests & objectives. Either could be given with strong definition. Yet, simplifying set goals supplies knowledge of fully completing them.
Getting paid to simply supply customer service. Even when a product is unavailable from our company, I tend to take a further step to help find it elsewhere. If one can't sell the product, they should be able to at least sell the service!
Having never worked for a company which provides the main product which it does, I applied at a lower position while standing confident of working my way up. Yet, confidence was given by the GM by starting me off at a step above due to my work history.
The diversity of clientele. Due to our location of the city, we have many clientele derived from different states & countries, which keeps us all "on our toes". E.g.: Requiring a second language to provide service for a customer is very common, which brings us, as employees, to rely upon each other.
