Set schedules. Better schedules. Stop hiring unnecessary new employees so excessively. Reward hard work/loyalty w/better pay+hours+respect.
Better communication. Mostly managements fault due to too many managers giving 2 many orders to 2 many without communication with 1 another
They over employ avoiding benefits offers, LOW hrs, new days/times each week=2nd job 2 compensate 4 lack of $ & hrs very hard w/no security
