In general, people are positive and supportive and interested in helping each other. A huge percentage of the company has turned over in the last year, at just about every level. With so many new faces we're actively feeling out what the new culture will be, which is both a risk and an opportunity.

Flexibility around vacation time and time off. I have been actively encouraged to make sure I don't forget to use all my vacation time by both managers and HR.
