
There needs to be better training so employees can work together effectively.
They need to speak to the people performing the actual jobs before they make significant changes. They also need to throughoughly worknout policies before implementing.
The company has been in financial trouble before, and it appears they are scrambling again. The corporate culture reflects this level of chaos at all levels.
Employees do not receive raises, and are paid far less than comparable jobs in the area. Salary employees are in no way compensated for the number of hours they are required to work.
