when we are about to meet in person as a team
the unlimited PTO policy allows for a better work/life balance since I normally work more than 40 hours per week
when we can get together as a team in person and have a lunch or a team meeting, stress is reduced and we treat each other with warmth and friendship
my manager has spent very little time with me and cancels the majority of our 1:1's. I am often told to change my focus, leaving open tickets to work in the previous focus.
