Culture has been hard to maintain as we have grown larger over the past 6 months. I feel that we need to work harder to maintain the culture we once had.

I would feel better about my compensation if it was more in line with industry standards. Many of our development positions pay less than the going rate and I hope we adjust that so we do not lose our top performers to the open market.
