
There is strong cross domain collaboration and they are extremely knowledgeable
Previous leaderships were successful at their goal, and the leadership has changed according to what the company needs. The new leadership feels like a strong balance.
For a company this size there needs to be faster progress on a levelling and compensation framework. The initiative started a while back and we didn't hear about it for a while (leadership changes could have been the reason). However, there's now an OKR about this which is a promising sign.
