When i started working in the company few years ago i felt that i won in a lottery and i got the best job in the best company in the whole world. Today i feel that i dont know what is going on due to constant lack of communication and transparency . No clear rules or guidance.

I feel we are going through a period of change and transformation, which is why I joined. Overall good experience but there is always room to make things better eg benefits

My experience at SmartRecruiters has been nothing short of amazing. The autonomy I have over my career really sets this company apart from others because I feel I have a sense of belonging and I know I can develop my career to the fullest here.

I have been able to grow and shape my career and make a meaningful contribution to our business, while at the same time being able to have a great work-life balance and take advantage of our benefits!

It was a great company but now I'm not sure where we are and what we are heading for :(

Very informative and care about their employees

The diversity of their composition. It's a global team, it's gender diverse. It's a mix of leaders who have been developed their careers here and those who have joined us recently. Together, they have a balanced approach to leadership that considers the many different perspectives that they bring

I feel that this company is becoming a corporation. I see many new levels of management, problems with communication, especially bottom up. The leadership seems to less honest as it was before. A lot of people left the company

CEO is too close to the company and product to effectively take them to the next level - learn to delegate decision making and leave daily operations to the line

Moving towards adding my variable bonus to my base salary

Flexible/unlimited PTO and our Shut Downs. I can take time as I need it and have a great work life balance

Unlimited PTO - honestly game changing! No more 'saving' holiday in case I need a day off for an emergency!

Fully remote work, unlimited PTO which is true, in my country I have specific numbers of days available for PTO each year and last year I used more days of PTO than specified in my country's labour law. That confirms "unlimited PTO" perk is real in our company, not only a fun slogan.

I believe the team is not recognized for our hard work with the clients.

salary increase in line with the average salary on the market for my position

Clear rules for salary bands - the range for a single level is huge. In Tech it's not clear how to get promoted to the higher position than Senior II - it was already pointed out during the meeting with Michal Nowak, but left without a clear answer.

not much transparency or brainstorming for planning our work. very disjointed, executives all over stuff and treat us like imbeciles sometime and no public recognition of our actual accomplishments.

get leaders who know what they are doing and can actually make steps to bring the team together even in a remote setting

stop trying to impose a culture and start listening to your workers; complete values misalignment. Also stop requiring video on every call - it's exhausting

Product is sold without respect to actual capabilities, leading to unhappy customers and low renewal rates. Nothing new or innovative happening, and quickly falling behind the market after coasting for years on brand reputation
