The friendliness of everyone! Everyone seems so willing to help you or point you in the right direction, not just off-hand you at the earliest convenience.
Transparent communication. I specifically like that during all employee calls we are shared information about situation of the company, explained financial terms if they are shared. I also like that company work on feedback and improves step by steps areas that are flagged during employee surveys.
Flexibility means life can be integrated in a realistic way and a balance is far more possible.
