When i started working in the company few years ago i felt that i won in a lottery and i got the best job in the best company in the whole world. Today i feel that i dont know what is going on due to constant lack of communication and transparency . No clear rules or guidance.

I've grown and "stretched" in the 2+ years I've been here. I've been challenged (it's not easy work!) but I've been rewarded for my efforts. I have worked with fabulous colleagues and alongside and for fabulous leaders. We're not afraid to change things if they aren't working, which I appreciate!
