I've grown and "stretched" in the 2+ years I've been here. I've been challenged (it's not easy work!) but I've been rewarded for my efforts. I have worked with fabulous colleagues and alongside and for fabulous leaders. We're not afraid to change things if they aren't working, which I appreciate!

Transparent, focused, aligned! That's how they have come together to paint a vision of where are going, and set clear objectives, action plans and target results to get us there.

You can be as engaged as you want to be - there are lots of great ways you can enhance your employee experience beyond just the responsibilities of your role.

The diversity of their composition. It's a global team, it's gender diverse. It's a mix of leaders who have been developed their careers here and those who have joined us recently. Together, they have a balanced approach to leadership that considers the many different perspectives that they bring

Doing meaningful work that contributes to the employee and customer experience. And the work I do aligns with my own personal career interests and passions. I'm truly fortunate to have found a place - and an internal mobility path since I joined 2 years ago - that has landed me in my dream job!
