I get to pick when to start my 8 hour day (6:30-3:30), we have a well stocked kitchen, beautiful office space, trusting and loyal management, and all the resources I need to be successful at SMITH

Our leadership trusts us. They don't micro-manage or control. What matters to them is productivity and results and the execution of that goal is up to us. I see my leadership more as a coach or mentor.
