Good commission process for sales. The annual leave days more then basic. Great system for internal use.

sharing information, not Selfish, treat everyone as a team member not isolate them. Choose a right person to be a team manager, the person must have the leadership/clear brain/open mind/experience/good personality/fight for the team.

Что идёт не так, и как это можно улучшить?

several teams in office and not help each. It maybe the company culture but it can be better. We felt management was not really help us but only for themselves. Team needs to start to gel.
