The Managers at Smith's are very down to earth but very direct and maintiain professionalism even when faced with rude customers
The job is pretty good in comparison to competitors, but upper management is ultimately more interested in profits than the well being of their associates
Sometimes it is very rewarding and sometimes it is just a terrible day. There are a lot of customers who actually look for me specifically because they don't want to go through anyone else's line to check out.
