Work is fun and relatively simple. There are lots of opportunities to interact with people.
The culture is negative, the morale amongst peers is disastrous and sad. Managers lack leadership, empathy, and inspiration. They are good at putting you down, ignoring what needs fixing, focusing on themselves, and complaining about the things that don't matter.
