
The most positive aspect I've experienced about the company culture is that leadership/direct managers really value employees' physical and mental health and lead by example. Taking a mental health day and logging off when you're not feeling well have both been encouraged in team meetings.
I appreciate that the Stack Overflow leadership team is very open about what is going on with the company and the direction we want the company to go. I love the weekly updates from our CEO on what he's seeing in the industry, what he's been focusing on, and company/team accomplishments.
