The leadership is very open and transparent, plus they actually treat me like a person and heavily emphasize the importance of work/life balance.
Honestly all of it is amazing, but the health/vision/dental insurance is fantastic and the FTO is really nice. It makes it a lot easier to balance life with work and not feel like I'm gonna lose my job if I get sick.
The culture and benefits are probably the best perks, but I also appreciate that it feels like we're fairly compensated. I also just love the camaraderie here. It's nice to be able to speak to everyone - regardless of position - like normal people.
As a queer and trans person, it's so nice to feel like I can be myself and be respected at work. The ERG's we have are very helpful too, and fosters a sense of belonging. I have yet to come across a single person that wasn't pleasant or accepting.
