Not being micro-managed. My manager trusts me.
There's always someone around to help.
Very autonomous. I don't have to micro manage.
They're empathetic to ongoing issues.
I have direct reports that make more money than me.
I'm left alone for the most part to run my team.
Non-executives are allowed to make decisions without always running them by the exec team.
I only put no because there was not a sometimes option. Interacting with Engineering, Product, and Community teams is always a great experience. Dealing with the sales organization can sometimes be trying.
That I have a job. I'm not a "work is my family" kind of person. I appreciate the salary and benefits but ideally, I'd rather not have to have a job at all.
From a salary perspective, I am underpaid by about 25%, but the benefits make up a partial difference. Not many companies can match our benefits. This is also an FYI as I'm too lazy to look for another job.
