
We are hand-on. We try to do our best with what we have or had been allocated to us. Even though we can do better if we had more budget or people working with us I believe we do an amazing work.
Some benefits were removed from us do to some small group not following the "rules" (example: light- Friday, work location) Why the whole company needed to be impacted if s small group was the issue? Should the company address the situation with them instead?
I believe benefits should be better and not center in one location. At the same we had some other benefits that were removed because a group of people did not know how to manage them or they took advance and now because of a group doing something wrong the whole company suffered.
