Neighborhood leaders and coaches are my main leaders. I love how all of them are the top 10% of who has done my job. Love how everyone who tells me how to be better at my job has done my job.

You literally cannot swing a stick around without hitting someone who's a legitimate top tier musician. Music school kids, touring/recording veterans, techs, world leading authorities on music technology. I've worked and lived with grammy winners and people who made some of my favorite records.

We attract talented musicians from all over the world. I'm Jamming with people from France, Louisiana, Boston, Florida, and California on my day off tomorrow. This job brings the people I want to meet from all over the world to my home town.

Being the musician/sales engineer I, myself, needed for younger musicians when I was their age. Sometimes I get to talk to the kid who wants to give up on music because their family doesn't want them to be obsessed with drumming. I can tell them to ignore that and someday you'll have your dream job
