My coworkers. Work is work. We all have to do it but when your coworkers are great any work can be enjoyable.

One of the five imperatives is to develop the future. This core value affects the day to day. Challenges, are met with excitement and willingness.

PDO is most important to me as I am a father and husband before I am an employee. I feel I receive adequate PDO. Would always take more though ;)

I've witnessed the leadership team mingling with employees. They've stopped into my work area (I was away). While I've not had a conversation with the leadership, the opportunity and access is there.

Developing for the future. If you've worked an employer that says 'no' to difficult plans or ideas, you really appreciate an environment where process improvement and planning for the future are part of the company DNA.

The company offers a great campus and amenities. I can't imagine that it's helpful to the bottom line but the leadership has decided that the cost is worth it to have a positive and exciting work environment.

I believe they want what is best for Sweetwater and thereby the employees. I think there is a passion for what we do and who we are. That passion for the business expands to the people who work for the business.

Desire is everything. It comes before action and even in instances where we might not meet the mark (I can't think of any), the desire to be a positive, energetic and nimble workforce exists. It's evident to me and that excites me.

Knowing every hour I am here, my rate of pay is actually advancing my home life, not just maintaining it. I am new to the job and this week I was able to buy my kids Lego sets because we actually have the money now.
