
When we operate at our best, we look out for each other and help each other take of our customers. And when the chips fall in place, we all get paid too.
In my view, we put our focus on the stuff that moves the needle, which is helping out customers and growing our business. And the culture, in general, is about taking care of people well.
As a salesperson, there's no limit to what I can make. And the amount of opportunity that's out there is seemingly endless. I appreciate the fact that the longer I stick around, the higher my salary will go.
Down to earth people, they don't act "corporate" for lack of a better way of stating it. And they listen to employee feedback. That's not to say employees should call all the shots, but they take our opinions into consideration.
