5 weeks vacation! Incredible reimbursements for gym, Amazon Prime, Netflix, internet. Comprehensive low-cost options for great insurance: medical, dental, vision, disability, etc.

The mutual assessment is great! What a wonderful way to find out if the company is a fit for my needs, and vice versa!

Very conversational- no tricks. The recruiter actually felt I'd be a stronger fit for another position (she was right) and I'm now in that role.
