We stay out of politics. Our company does not take public stances on the latest political fads and ruffle feathers. Keep it that way.
Our compensation is below market median. If Textron wants to stop bleeding its support talent, it needs to raise salaries across the board by 20%. Our leaders are too concerned about cost and stock buybacks and not concerned enough about paying market rates for salaries.
We still pay all of our employees below market median. We need to change this and pay at least market median. Additionally, Textron really needs to consider paying more than $55 for employee parking in Providence. Most employees are paying hundreds of dollars a month just to come to work.
