When I do my work well and feel like I am contributing to something bigger.
My particular leadership team listen to their employees and try their best to put our feedback into action.
It would make me feel better if they matched my compensation to the market equivalent. With the inability to work from home, we spend more on gas and the commute time also takes away from our time outside of the office.
Within my particular team, I like I how I am encouraged and given constructive criticism in a positive way. As a whole, I would say it is neutral. I like how Textron does not shove the idea of culture down our throats but still encourages us to come together.
