Several rounds, but none of them particularly challenging. The staff they acquire at the low rates they offer are far from experts in their field, so technical questions are rudimentary. A lot of the questioning is then passed off as assessing "team fit" however they're not particularly astute in assessing that either. Ultimately it comes down to: 1) Do you seem confident and knowledgeable? 2) Are you willing to work for the low pay? 3) Are there any better options they can afford? 4) Do you smell bad?
Must submit video responses to interview questions for most positions, in order to even get an in-person visit.
A few rounds of interviews, and I was contacted by a recruiter.
