
The autonomy my boss gives me to effectively do my job.
Nothing is perfect - but I can say that I genuinely love team and enjoy celebrating our hard work together.
My direct manager is an exceptional leader and I think he is great at clear communication, setting expectations and following through on high priorities.
My compensation does not match the current comp data that is applied to new hires who are at my level. If we have data that shows employees market value - we should be using it to retain top performers... even if that means a raise every 3-6 months it would help maintain parity without turnover.
